Active
If unchecked store will not be available to customers.
Show Supplier SKU
If checked supplier product and part ids will be displayed to customers
Show MPower SKU
If checked MPower product and product part ids will be displayed to customers.
Show Store Walkthroughs
If checked walkthroughs will be displayed to customers.
Hide Min Quantity
Hide min quantity from displaying on product lists. Usefully for no minimum stores.
Hide Supplier
If checked supplier names and codes will not be displayed to customers.
Include Product Image With Supplier Purchase Orders
If checked the product image will be included as attachments so they can be sent with Purchase Orders to suppliers.
Available Countries
Controls what countries are available to customers when checking out or creating accounts.
Product Country Localization
Orders
Mark all orders as TEST orders.
If checked orders that are placed will be marked as test. Useful when testing a new store.
Always set order date
Always set the order date even if a balance exists when orders are submitted. Useful for stores which may not require payment.
Categories
Use Global Categories
If checked store will use default MPower categories instead of or along with custom categories.
Invoices
Hide Part Price On Quotes and Invoices
Part pricing will be hidden on quotes and invoices.
Hide Part Total On Invoices
Part total will be hidden on quotes and invoices.
Hide Charge Price On Invoices
Charge pricing will be hidden on quotes and invoices.
Hide Charge Total On Invoices
Charge total will be hidden on quotes and invoices.
Inventory
Force stock to be checked
Force stock to be checked before adding products to cart or checking out. If product is out of stock customer will not be able to proceed with purchasing it.
Show inventory quantity
Display inventory quantity to customers.
Show inventory status
Display if product is in stock, out of stock or has limited stock.
Hide out of stock products
Hide products that are out of stock from displaying.
Selling
Don’t allow orders after date
Don’t allow orders to be placed after specified date. Useful for pop-up stores or stores where orders are batched.
Store discount margin
Discount applied to list price on all products if no product or supplier margins exist. For example if supplier margin is 40% and store discount margin is 5% price will be based on a 35% margin.
Restricted due date future calendar days
When customers are ordering or requesting quotes don’t allow them to select a requested due date before number of days specified.
Allow purchasing of products with no pricing
If checked customers will be allowed to purchase products that don’t have any pricing associated with them.
Allow multiple parts when configuring
Allow customers to add more part colors when configuring product.
Combine Additional Part Quantities
Allow for quantities for additional parts to be combined to meet minimums. For example if a customer orders 125 blue and 125 green they would meet the minimum quantity of 250.
Don't Show Blank Pricing If Decorated Pricing Exists
If checked and decoration and blank pricing exists only show decorated pricing.
Show decoration prices on product list
If checked, decorated product prices will be shown to customers on product lists. If unchecked, blank pricing will be shown for products that are typically sold blank like apparel from SanMar.
Display only one price
Display only one price to customers instead of a range of prices. Minimum quantity will be used.
Hide Pricing
Allow user to checkout without displaying pricing. Don’t display allowance amount. Don’t allow checkout unless allowance covers total order amount. Create order like normal order with cost and price
Don’t default quantity
On product view, configuration or designer pages force customers to input a quantity. Don't auto input quantity for customers.
Hide closeout products
Hide closeout products from categories and searches. Closeout products will still be available when viewing products.
Hide MPower SKU In Part Dropdown
If checked MPower product part id will NOT be displayed to customers under part list.
Hide Part Specification Data In Part Dropdown
Don’t display part specification data in part dropdown. Some products use this data to differentiate products to customers. For example flash drives will use specification data to specify memory capacity.
Hide Part Description Data In Part Dropdown
Don’t display part description data in part dropdown.
Hide Part Color Data In Part Dropdown
Don’t display part color data in part dropdown.
Show closeout products as discontinued
If checked closeout products will be marked as discontinued and customers will not be able to purchase them.
Calculate Tax
Calculate tax when checking out.
Allow Reviews
Allow customers to submit product reviews for orders they have placed.
Require Order Approval
Orders are placed in Request Hold status till its approved approved. Approvers can be assigned in the following priority.
Check option Require Order Approval.
Choose who will receive Approval Requests.
Option 1: Select Customers that will receive approval emails.
Option 2: Create a Customer Role which manages other roles and has has the Send approval email when managed user role places an order option enabled. See Customer Roles for more advanced options where approvals are tied to roles and roles they manage.
Order Approval Workflow
Customer checks out on store.
Order is placed in the Request Hold status.
Emails are sent to approval customers with link that takes them to an approval page.with the option to approve or disapprove the order from an approval page with the orders details.
If approved the order is moved to New Order status.
If not approved its moved to the Canceled status and a follow up note is created.
Ensure that the option to specify an order status after user checks out is empty. If not empty this will take priority of the approval process and orders will be placed in the status specified here without approval.
Disable edit product in cart
Don't allow customers to edit a shopping cart item. Only allow them to remove it. Useful for stores were customers are not configuring or editing products.
Allow reorders
Allow customers to place reorders. Reorders can be placed as quote requests, ideal for distributor stores, or as cart purchases, ideal for company stores.
Treat grouped PO as a single PO
If checked grouped PO’s will be treated as one PO and share the same order and shipment status. Useful
Default order status
Specify the status orders should be placed in after a user checks out. Defaults to “New Order” if no value is specified. See Order States for more information on Order States.
Default PO status
Specify the status Purchase Orders should be placed in after a user checks out. Defaults to “Proof Pending” for configured items or “Blank” for blank items if no value is specified. See Purchase Order States for more information on Purchase Order states.
Artwork
Hide Artwork File Name
Don’t display attached artwork file name in cart, checkout and order confirmation.
Disable image upload
Prevent customer from uploading images when shopping. Ideal for stores where all products are pre configured.
Match number of decoration colors with number of colors in artwork
If checked we will try to only display logos with number of colors defined based on a products decoration methods number of allowed colors. Typically used with minimum order quantity stores.
Max allowed artwork
Limit the amount of artwork a customer is able to upload.
Security
Allow account creation
Allow customers to create accounts.
Require SSO
Require customers to sign with Single Sign On.
Require Sign In
Require customers to sign in to access the store.
Search
Product Sorting
Specify how products should be sorted by default.
Default Sorting
Products to order. Control the order of priority by dragging the field. On very top there are with most priority
Search By Designs
When a user searches using the global search, they search in designs and are redirected to a page with a list of designs.
Search Uncategorized Products
Searches for products that do not have a category.
Search Suggestions
Control what search suggestions are show to customers when searching.
