Customers
Create and manage customers, send batch emails, create and send presentations.
Importing Customers
Before importing customers we recommend you uset our import template with your customer data.
- From the Customers section select the arrow next to New Customer. 
- Select Import CSV. 
- Upload your CSV file or use our customer import template. 
- Map each Field to fields in your upload list. 
- Uncheck Send Registration if you don’t wan’t to send a registration email to your customers. 
- Select a Store if you would like to assign one. 
- Select an Account Manager if you would like to assign one. 
- Select an Sales Administrator if you would like to assign one. 
- Select an Source User if you would like to assign one. 
- Check Update existing contacts if you would like to also update existing contacts. If uncheck existing contacts won’t be updated. 
- Select Submit. 
Exporting Customers
- From the Customers list select the necessary filters to show the customer you would like to export. Typically a store. 
- Select CSV and choose an export option. - Export All Customers - Export all customers based on selected filters. 
- Export Selected Customers - Export customers selected with a checkbox. 
 
- Upload your CSV file or use our customer import template.
