Discount Codes

Create discount codes which can be used by customers to apply discounts to an order.

Navigate to Stores and select your store.
Select Discounts Codes.
Select Add.
Enter a Name.
Enter a Code which will be used at checkout.
Select a discount Type.
1. Flat Dollar Amount - Discount based on a dollar amount.
2. Flat Percentage - Discount based on a percentage of Applies To.
Select what the discount Applies To.
1. Product Price.
2. Setup Charges.
3. Run Charges.
4. Shipping.
5. Order Total.
Select Usage - How can this discount be used.
1. Can be used more than once across all customers - Discount can be used more than once by multiple customers. Can only be used once by default.
2. Can be used multiple times per customer - Discount can be used multiple times per customer. Can only be used once by default.
Select Duration - Discount will start after or before the selected date and can’t be used before the date specified. Date is based on the distributors timezone.
Select Restrictions
1. Minimum Order Total - Apply a discount as long as a minimum order total exists. Exclude tax and shipping.
2. By Customer - Customers that are able to use the discount.
3. By Supplier - Discount only applies to products assigned to the selected suppliers.
4. By Facet - Discount only applied to products with selected facets assigned.
5. By Product - Discount only applied to selected products.
6. By Category - Discount only applied to products which are assigned to the selected categories.
Select Save
