Payment Processing Fees
Create payment processing fees which can be passed on to the customer and added as a cost on orders. Fees can be applied globally, per store, per order or per payment.
There are 4 types of fees.
Customer processing fee - Processing fee that is passed on to customer
Customer Processing Percentage - Processing fee percentage that is passed on to customer
Processing Cost - Processing cost that is saved to order as a cost and not passed on to customer.
Processing Percentage Cost - Processing cost percentage that is saved to order as a cost and not passed on to customer.
Global Payment Processing Fees
To add processing fees to all orders add fees to your payment providers integration settings under you My Distributor.
Store Payment Processing Fees
To add processing fees to a store add them under the store builder > payments. Fees will only be applied to order placed on this store.
Order Payment Processing Fees
To add a payment processing fee to an order that a customer is paying by invoice where a global or store payment processing fee does not exist you can manually add one.
Select Order Charges from the order view.
Select Add Charge.
Select Payment Processing Fee for the type and enter the fee cost and or price.
Enter a fee Cost.
Enter a fee Price.
Select Add.
Manual Payment Processing Fees
Include a processing fee when manually processing payment on an order.
Select Payments from the order view to open the payments modal.
From the Credit Card processing tab enter fees.
Process the payment.
