Redemption Codes

Redemption codes restrict access to a store until the customer enters a code. After entering a code they are only allowed to order a max number of items defined in the code. This makes it easy to allow customers or employees to redeem items without paying.

Creating a Redemption Code

1. Navigate to stores.

2. Select a store and navigate to Redemption Codes.

3. Select Add.

4. Enter

   1. Name - Name of the code.

   2. Code - Code that will be used by the customer.

   3. Max Item Allowed - Number of items customer is allowed to order using this code.

5. Update conditions and duration to allow or restrict code use.

6. Select Save.

Require Redemption Code

1. From the store builder navigate to Configuration > Security.

2. Check the option Require Redemption Code. This will require a customer to enter a redemption code before entering the store.

Disable Payments

If users are not required to pay payments should be turned off.

1. From the store builder navigate to Payments.

2. Uncheck the option Require Payment.
