Ship Station

Create orders, check order status, pull tracking numbers from the ShipStation API V1.

Connect to ShipStation

1. Navigate to your store.

2. Select Fulfillment.

3. Select Add Fulfillment.

4. Complete Information

   1. Select ShipStation for Provider.

   2. Enter your ShipStation Password.

   3. Enter your ShipStation User Name.

   4. Enter your ShipStation StoreID. This is optional and only used in certain setups. This ID can be requested from ShipStation.

5. Choose a Supplier associated with this ShipStation integration. If no supplier is selected it is assumed that all suppliers orders are synced with ShipStation for this store.

6. Choose options

   1. Don’t sync Non-Web orders - If checked, orders for this store created manually in the application will not automatically sync.

   2. Check product inventory - If checked, inventory will be checked using this fulfillment provider.

   3. Check order and shipment status - If checked, order and shipping status will be checked when the order is in “Sent to Supplier”, “Sent to Fulfillment”, “In Production”, “Shipped”, “Delivered” states.

7. Select Save.
