Manage suppliers, decorators, fulfillment providers and vendors.

Supplier List

The Suppliers List contains a list of suppliers with various filters and information.

Filters

• EQP - Filter suppliers where EQP has been enabled.

• Active - Suppliers that are active and in business.

• PS Credentials - Filter suppliers that have PromoStandards credentials entered.

• PS Active - Suppliers that we are actively grabbing PromoStandards product data from.

• PS Status - Status of PromoStandards product data.

  • No status

  • Pending - Products are available but have not passed quality checks to be moved to production.

  • Processing - We are in the process of grabbing product data from suppliers.

  • Production - Products are available on web stores by default and data has been reviewed and approved.

Create Supplier

Before creating a supplier first search the existing list to ensure that the supplier does not already exist.

1. Navigate to the Suppliers List.

2. Select Create Supplier.

3. Fill out the supplier information and address. The address entered will be used as the suppliers default FOB address. If the supplier ships from multiple locations please contact us.

4. Select Save.
