How can I add live chat to our site?

I would like to add live chat to my site. Here are the instructions they gave me.

If you would like to add a 3rd part chat software to your site you will need to add their javascript and possibly additional HTML code.

Option 1 RECOMMENDED

Use a tag manager like Google Tag Manager to add your script. This is a simple solution allowing you to just copy and paste the script and code into an HTML tag.

Add your script to the Head Tags of your store using our store builder. See Head Tags | 3rd-Party-Javascript-Libraries for information on how to add javascript libraries to your store and pages.

If you are required to add code to your store we recommended adding it to the code in the Footer component of your store.
