Orders

Orders are created manually or from a customer via a store. Orders consist of one or many Purchase Orders. Each purchase order is related to a supplier and contains its own products, parts and configuration. Orders are controlled by states which control how users are notified, what actions are allowed and what information is shown to customers and users. The following articles describe those states and what users are affected when an order or purchase order transitions

Create Order

There are several ways to create an order.

• Select the + icon in the top right of the MPower nav bar and select.

• Navigate to Orders and select Create Order.

• From a customer view select Create Order.

• From a product view select Add to Order then Add to New Order.
