Product Inventory

Product inventory can be managed from several different sources. Typically inventory is set manually for products that you might fulfill or set via PromoStandards by syncing inventory with a supplier.

Manual Inventory

If you would like to manage inventory for products that you are fulfilling and holding inventory we offer a way to add and remove inventory. This inventory will change as orders are placed and an inventory history will be available.

  1. From your store select a product and navigate to the Inventory tab.

  2. Select Update Inventory.

  3. Select the Part ID of the part you would like to update inventory for.

  4. Enter a Quantity of inventory you are adding or subtracting. Use a negative number when subtracting inventory.

  5. Enter an Order ID if you would like to relate the addition or subtraction of inventory to an order.

  6. Select source Manual.

  7. Select Save.

Synced Inventory

Sync product inventory with a supplier or fulfillment provider.

PromoStandards

To sync inventory via PromoStandards

  1. Open a product from the store builder

  2. Navigate to the Syncing tab.

  3. If a seed product is not already select select Assign Product and find the product you would like to sync with. Please note that your Part ID’s must match the seed products Part ID’s for data to be synced.

  4. Ensure Sync inventory is checked.
