Requesting Credentials

Request credentials from suppliers that you want to check order status and shipping status for.  You can request access by emailing your rep or contacting the supplier via the PromoStandards portal.  

1. Navigate to https://tools.promostandards.org/standards/endpoints

2. Select the Key icon for the supplier you would like to request credentials from.

   

3. Fill out the form using your distributors credentials. You only request once per supplier.  No need to request for each endpoint.

Saving Credentials

1. Once you have been emailed credentials, Navigate to MPower Suppliers and select the supplier you would like to add your credentials for.

2. Navigate to Account and select Edit.

   

3. Enter your PromoStandards ID and PromoStandards Password.

4. Select Save.

Our system will now automatically check for Order Status and Shipment Status for any Purchase Orders which have been sent to suppliers using MPower.
