Users

You must have one of the following user roles to edit and manage users. Distributor Admin, Manager or Executive.

The Users page provides the ability to create, edit and mange users.

Create User

  1. Navigate to the Users section.

  2. Select Create User.

  3. Enter information for the user.

    1. Email REQUIRED

    2. First Name REQUIRED

    3. Last Name REQUIRED

    4. Job Title: Title shown on correspondence.

    5. Website: Website shown on correspondence.

    6. Phone: Phone shown on correspondence.

    7. Sales and Sales Admin Commission: Default commission applied to orders.

    8. Roles: REQUIRED : Assign roles to user. Roles restrict what access the user has to various parts of the application. For more information on roles see User Roles

Commissions

The default commission applied to orders associated with the user. See Commissions for more information on commissions.

User Roles

User Roles grant or restrict access to various parts of the application. See User Roles for more information on what specific User Roles control.

Avatar

Avatars are displayed throughout the application and are a fun way to customize your profile.

Photo

Photos can be used used in customer email correspondence and can be displayed to customers on a website.
