Distributor Notifications

Notifications allow you to receive emails or Slack messages when certain events happen such as a New Order. Distributor notifications are different from user notifications in that they send notifications for all events regardless of store or user. See My Notifications for instructions on how to configure notifications specific to a user and their orders.

Create Notification

1. Navigate to the My Distributor page. Or, select it from the user icon in the bottom left of the left navbar.

2. Navigate to the Notifications section.

Create Recipients

1. Select the Recipients tab.

2. Select Add Recipient.

3. Select the type of notification (Slack, Email, SMS).

4. Select a recipient based on Type. Typically this is your Slack name, email or phone number.

5. Enter a description.

6. Enter a message.
   We suggest copying the text below and pasting it into the message field as a good starting point. A full list of dynamic variables can be found when creating Notification Recipients.

7. Select Save.

Create Notifications

1. Select the Notifications tab.

2. Add your Recipient to the notification you would like to receive.
