My Distributor

The My Distributor page allows distributor admins to configure aspects of your distributor such as shipping providers, notifications and integrations.

This page is restricted to Distributor Admin user roles only. Learn more about user roles.

Account

Account information related to your distributorship.

Information

Displays high level information about your distributorship. To edit your distributor information.

  1. Navigate the My Distributor page select Edit in the Info section.

  2. Edit information

    1. Name - The name of your distributorship.

    2. Currency - Your default currency.

    3. ASI Number - Your ASI number.

    4. PPAI - Your PPAI number.

    5. Logo - Your logo.

    6. Phone - Your phone number.

    7. Default Art Supplier - Your default art supplier when requesting proofs.

    8. Time Zone - Your time zone.

  3. Select Save Distributor.

Contacts

List of contacts associated with your distributor. Typically these are general contacts for your business such as a sales department. We recommend setting up at least one contact.

Addresses

Addresses which are displayed to customers and suppliers. We recommend adding at least one address.

Decorators

Select decorators that are frequently used. By default these decorators are displayed throughout the application. If a decorator does not exist you can add them by creating a supplier then adding them.

API Tokens

Create tokens which can be used to connect to our API’s.

Tax Nexus States

Select which status you have nexus and would like for tax to be calculated. Tax is calculated based on the products shipping to a customers address and the location of that address. If you would like to use your own TaxJar account to calculate tax see TaxJar .

Default Store

Select which store you would like as your default store. This is the store that is auto suggested when creating orders or viewing product data. See stores for instructions on how to create a store.

Notifications

Notifications can be set up to send email or Slack messages to user or Slack channels. For example you may want to set up a Slack channel or email that gets notified any time an order is placed. We recommend setting up at least one notification for New Orders. See Distributor Notifications for instructions on how to set up distributor notifications.

Integrations

Connect to one of our integrations such like accounting, payment and shipping providers. See Integrations .
