No Minimum Products

No Minimum or Print on demand (POD) products are products offered by suppliers and are created just like Minimum Order Quantity Products products with some small changes such as unique pricing and shipping charges or being combined with a no minimum Decoration Products .

We currently support the following no minimum print on demand solutions.

1. Hard goods through PCNA and HIT’s print on demand programs. Contact us for details.

2. Soft goods from SanMar, Alphabroder, S&S and other blank apparel suppliers combined with a decoration product such as embroidery, heat transfer, direct to garment or direct to film techniques with no minimum.

Duplicate Product

The easiest way to create a POD product is by finding it and duplicating it. By doing so we will be able to utilize the suppliers product data when configuring the product instead of manually entering it.

Required Product Configurations

Certain fields are required when creating POD products to be able to submit orders electronically via PromoStandards.

1. Product ID must match supplier product id.

2. Product Part ID must match supplier product id.

3. Artwork.

   1. Must be attached.

   2. Must be Print Ready.

   3. Must be configured.

      1. Dimensions

      2. Color System

         1. Color Layers

4. Location, Decoration and Charge ID’s must match suppliers.
